Caleb Mission Newsletter 💌 The Second Week of August

Hallelujah! I pray that the God of peace is with you. Hello, everyone! I am currently in Dokdo, the islets of South Korea, to celebrate the National Liberation Day of Korea with pastors from our Presbyterian Church Presbytery. The pastors declared that God is with us out of love for the country and its people here in Dokdo.

Thanks to your prayers and cooperation, the Caleb Mission is saving the lives of countless North Korean defectors and spreading the gospel to them. Currently, North Korean defectors at the Southeast Asia Center are diligently studying the Bible and preparing to enter South Korea. We are also working tirelessly to rescue additional North Korean defectors in China.

However, assisting North Korean defectors still presents many challenges. These difficulties include financial issues and the need to evade Chinese police. Nevertheless, with continued prayer and cooperation, we can rescue more North Korean defectors.

The unification of North and South Korea can only be achieved through the gospel and by giving glory to God. Caleb Mission's reach has expanded, and we are gathering prayer partners in Korea, the United States, and Europe through God's guidance. We hope many of you will join us to help spread life and the gospel. Please pray with us at the Southeast Asia Center and the North Korean defectors’ community in Korea so that our North Korean defectors can lead as the next generation's mission leaders.

I sincerely hope that you will pray for the National Liberation Day of Korea to be a day of not only physical liberation but also national liberation through the gospel. I want to express my gratitude to you all from Dokdo. Thank you.

🙏🏻❤️Please pray with us for North Korea ❤️🙏🏻

1. Heavenly Father, please grant unification through the gospel.

2. God, please be with the North Korean defectors who are about to escape from China, the Southeast Asia Center, and the North Korean defectors' community center in South Korea.

3. May the Holy Spirit be with the North Korean defectors who have newly settled in South Korea so they can be established through the gospel. In Jesus' Name, Amen
