Hallelujah! I pray that the God of peace is with you. Summer brings frequent heat waves, and I wish good health and peace for your family.
During my 26 years of ministry, I've had multiple surgeries. Although I have been doing my best to take care of my health, it's natural for our bodies to experience wear and tear as we age. Nonetheless, by the grace of God, I successfully completed the last surgery and am now preparing for the next one.
Looking back at previous years, even painful moments were God's grace. I pray for your continuous health and for God to grant you peace in your family.
With your prayers and support, five North Korean defectors, including two children, have successfully rescued and arrived at the Southeast Asia Center. Everyone had horrific stories of suffering, but the story of the mother and two children is particularly heartbreaking. The husband mistreated her in China simply because she was from North Korea. He reported her and even his own children to the police when they left him. This means that they would have been repatriated to North Korea if they were captured.
Thanks to your prayers, they escaped safely and are now studying the Bible and releasing their burdens at the Southeast Asia Center. Your prayers are precious because they help save lives, spread the gospel, and raise leaders for the next generation.
Please pray for the North Korean defectors' community center in South Korea and for their integration into the Gospel. I hope to invite you to join the center one day. It would be a precious time for North Korean defectors and our Caleb Mission members to come together.
I'm preparing to visit the United States once I've recovered from surgery. Please pray for God's guidance in preparing the schedule so we can exalt Him where He has prepared, saving lives and sharing the Gospel.
Your prayers and support have saved five more lives. Please keep praying for the rescue of North Korean defectors, which is currently being prepared. We ask that you pray for God's provision so we can depart soon and have everything ready. Thank you.
