Caleb Mission Newsletter 💌 The First Week of August

Hallelujah! I pray that the God of peace is with you. Although the hot summer weather is challenging, Caleb Mission is still doing its best. I pray for everyone to live a healthy and blessed life through God's grace, even in the August heat.

Thanks to everyone for your prayers and cooperation; Caleb Mission has saved many North Korean defectors and shared the gospel with them.

This week, the second group of North Korean defectors who were rescued during the pandemic have completed all procedures and are beginning to settle in South Korea. I am thankful that they have expressed their determination to maintain their faith. I believe this shows the grace and power given by the gospel and our prayers and interests.

I am amazed by how the grace of God can lead someone who once lived in North Korea, serving idols, to accept Jesus Christ and walk the path of the Lord. Caleb Mission is dedicated to this purpose, and I am incredibly grateful for your participation and cooperation in this work.

After my US visit, we will start a prayer school for North Korean missionaries at the North Korean Defectors' Center. This is for those rescued after the pandemic. They studied the Bible for three months in Southeast Asia, accepted Jesus, and completed a six-month program at a South Korean government facility. Some will be trained as missionaries at this center.

If you plant something, it will bear fruit. However, the process leading to fruition takes work. Sometimes, when I see the plants here at the center growing well, even in this scorching heat, I think that just as we sweat and take care of the plants, it is also very precious that we cherish each soul and spend time with them.

Please continue to intercede and pray with us so that our North Korean defectors coming out of Hanawon can be used by God. Thank you.

🙏🏻❤️Please pray with us for North Korea ❤️🙏🏻

1. God, please help North Korean defectors in South Korea to personally know Jesus Christ as they start a new life.

2. God, please lead us in the upcoming rescue mission and help us share the gospel with those we rescue.

3. Lord, please use the Caleb Mission for all nations. Please anoint the missionaries and their family and send prepared leaders.

4. God, we pray for the North Korean defectors community to serve God wholeheartedly and become a strong base for supporting defectors and engaging in worldwide missionary work. In Jesus' Name, Amen
